The beautiful outdoor wedding venue in Sussex
Sarah and her bridesmaids started the day at home, cosy and in a familiar setting they shared this precious morning together with Sarah’s two very adorable little girls. Dressed up prettily in pink with their hair plaited with flowers, they looked like they had just stepped out of a fairy tale.
Sarah looked stunning in her 1950’s tea length dress, with lace bateau neck line. Her hair up in exquisite curls. Carrying a stunning boutique of blue and white roses. It was a wonderful sight, seeing Sarah’s father reaction as she walked down the stairs. They got into a very cool vintage car and as the Dixie Cups said “going to the chapel and we’re going get married”. Off to the church they went.
Tom was awaiting the arrival of his beautiful bride at St. Johns Baptist Church. As Sarah walked through the doors, Tom’s face lit up as he saw his future wife. The service was so peaceful and loving, I especially loved it when their eldest daughter read a reading. After the service concluded, Tom and Sarah left the church with their wedding party in toe. Throwing confetti high into the sky, the couple were wed. The church was followed by the reception at Rumbolds Barn where the couple were met by their guests. With the large fern trees as a background we were able to get some beautiful shots of Tom and Sarah with their favourite people. Including some comical ones, where Tom picked Sarah up as if they were crossing the threshold. It was even more amusing when Sarah picked Tom up in the same pose.
After exploring the grounds and getting some more memorable shots of Sarah & Tom. They lead their guests inside the reception barn, the barn’s decorations looked absolutely incredible. In white and pink table settings, their girls sat proudly at the head table with them. The pretty and pink theme continued around the barn with an amazing pink and white three tier cake, a tower of Ferrero Rocher and an abundance of sweets.
The afternoon continued with guests exploring the grounds further, getting drinks from the very cool oak beamed bar. The dance floor opened to guests and the celebrations continued late into the evening.
It was a wonderful wedding and I hope Sarah, Tom and their beautiful daughters a lifetime of happiness.
