Let me tell the story of your Wedding Day –  a day filled with anticipation, love, joy and magic – photographed in a way that celebrates the unique spirit of your relationship and reflects the style and vibe of your day.

Whether you’re going for a casual, laid back affair or a chic black tie event, I will work with you to create amazing photos that you will cherish for the rest of your lives together. 

For example, if yours is a small, intimate wedding where the ceremony and reception are at the same venue, you may choose to book fewer hours than one where the party is travelling from one venue to the other.

Other considerations include whether you want getting ready shots or photos of the first dance.

As part of our consultation, I can advise on the best option to meet your needs and what we can achieve in the time booked. My goal is to produce a collection of amazing photographs for you both to truly tell the story of your day. To see more of my work, check out my portfolio page.

I offer flexible wedding photography packages that can be tailored to suit your individual requirements.

My starting price wedding photography coverage is from £449, and additional options can be included to create your perfect wedding package. I also offer pricing options that cover various wedding scenarios, including midweek and destination weddings.

To secure your date, all that's required is a deposit of £100 and the completion of a simple online booking form.

My coverage extends across West and East Sussex, as well as Surrey, Hampshire, Kent and Essex.

To simplify things, I like to start with a basic package that provides an idea of the investment needed for professional-standard photography by Darren Gritton.

My half day coverage option can include capturing the ceremony and reception, while a full day coverage package can include the bridal preparations, wedding ceremony, and reception, continuing into the evening entertainment.

Choose the length of coverage and a presentation product(s) from my handpicked selection of high quality wedding albums and digital options.

MIDWEEK WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY (MONDAY - THURSDAY ONLY)

Not everyone chooses to get married at the weekend. If you’re having a small wedding (maximum of 30 guests) or eloping, a minimum of three hours is required to book.

Get in touch to discuss details for either weekday wedding pricing, elopements or intimate weddings.

SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER - Second photographers can be booked for any length of time during your wedding day but must be discussed before booking to confirm prices and availability.

You will never be asked to make a decision during your consultation, unless you express a wish to proceed with a booking.

This allows for a pressure-free environment with time to consider your options.

BOOKING FORM

Please note, to secure your date, a booking form, signed agreement and non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure your booking by bank transfer.

The balance is due one month before your wedding date, Wedding date enquiries will only be held for a period of 7 days without payment of a deposit or prior arrangement, before they are released and made available again.

• Laid back and relaxed; I go with the flow and won’t try to run your wedding. I know how hectic and stressful your wedding day can be, and I work very hard to not only not add to that stress, but to also keep you relaxed and laughing. I may make some suggestions during the day - for example, where to stand for the cake cutting, or when we could step out to try for a sunset shoot etc, but I am far from a control freak.

• Detail oriented; I check focus on every file at 100%, files are straightened and colours perfected. On the day photos are not messy and light is flattering.

• Best equipment; I have a bag full of the very best lenses and cameras. These do make a difference.

• Rigorous photo backup policy; to minimise any issues, on the day your photos are written to two cards in my camera. At home, they're copied to 4 different places, including one off-site location.

• Fun and friendly; you pretty much won't notice me since I'll seem like a guest on the day (except when it come to organising people).

• Extremely passionate; this isn't just a job to me. It's been commented many times that it's obvious I love photographing weddings, and that's true.
