A breathtaking and stunning garden venue at Worthing
At the centre of the stunning and vastly impressive grounds, is the grand sandstone exterior of the grade two listed manor house, it’s large Roman pillars, surrounded by a blooming garden of lavender and poppies. Field Place Manor Barn is a venue which offers any couple a plethora of exciting choices for their big day. Whether you picture yourself, announcing your vows under a sunny blue sky in the Wedding Garden while hearing the trickling water from the swan fountain. Or in an oak-beamed barn with decorative twinkly lights. This venue has all of the options.
Field Place Manor House & Barns is by far my favourite wedding venue. It’s brimming with class and elegance without being uncomfortably formal. The staff are welcoming and are always eager to work with their couples to get their envisioned perfect day. It is no surprise to me that this venue has just won; Best Town or City and National winners Wedding Venue and in the South East at the Wedding Industry Awards. This award was voted for by the Field Manors, previous happy couples. In 2019, I was lucky enough to be a part of two weddings there with couples Carl & Stella and Caz & Simon. Two unforgettable weddings from start to finish.
If you want to find out more about a wedding at Field Place Manor, you can read all about Carl & Stella’s wedding on my blog. Here is a quote: ‘My favourite photo of the day is of them under the archway in the Wedding Garden, it’s a black and white shot and the couple are kissing, the bouquet is bursting with shades and the sunlight is shining on them, it just the right way to make it the perfect image. They look so in love. After taking more photographs of the couple and all of their guests we moved into the venue again for the reception. The wedding cake looked fantastic, three turquoise layers of sponge dressed in the same flowers as the bouquet, orange & yellow roses, sea holly, baby blossom and rosemary. Simply stunning.‘
Field Place Manor House & Barns gardens is a venue which just keeps on giving, it blows me away every time I visit. As well as it’s remarkable beauty and historical features. The facilities it offers are some which you would struggle to find elsewhere. Including tennis courts, bowling greens, a children’s play area and even a miniature railway. Whether you’re having a big white wedding with all of the frills or a low key family affair. This venue has it all and that is why I am proud to be listed on their website as a recommended photographer.
